Revitalise Living Inc. founded 2015 is a community development nonprofit corporation (CDC) that serves Cuyahoga County and the surrounding Northeastern Ohio area. Community development corporations play an enormous role in the community. The efforts of these nonprofits accounted for fourteen percent of houses built with federal support over the past three decades.

Among other things, CDCs provide a liaison between the community and the federal, state, municipal, and private programs available for the assistance of the community. Unlike other nonprofit organizations, CDCs do not commit to a specific form of charity. The purpose of a CDC is to enhance the community by meeting its specific, at times transient, needs. We at Revitalise Living Inc. cultivates new beginnings by restoring vacant dilapidated homes within urban communities of Northeastern OH.

Foreclosed homes often remain vacant for a considerable amount of time. In addition to being an eyesore for neighbors, vacant foreclosed homes sink farther into disrepair with each passing day. The presence of dilapidated, vacant homes in a neighborhood can present both safety and environmental hazards.

Revitalise Living, Inc. facilitates access to housing and homeownership. We collaborate with other community – based organizations to create opportunities and to revitalize urban neighborhoods. Revitalise Living, Inc. provides affordable housing opportunities, education and support; empowering people to achieve a better future and promoting vibrant, diverse communities. We bring the tools of community development and faith together in a seamless collaborative effort of neighborhood improvement to serve the communities of Cuyahoga County and Northeastern OH.

Our Mission: To Educate & Advocate for the economically disadvantaged. We focus on building and restoring faith in the quality of life of our community by improving and enriching their mental, physical, emotional and social health.
